Done! Submit! Confirm! … so close, but why is nothing happening? All I see on the screen is a bright red box informing me about an error: “There was a problem with your submission.” After scanning through the online form I noticed that I not only forgot to confirm the crucial information of my email address, but I also have the joy of re-entering all the information I strenuously gathered and entered seconds before.

You’ve all seen the commercial: A busy suburban mom with a young child in the back seat suddenly experiences car trouble that leaves her stranded in an unfamiliar place. With her car insurance agent on speed dial, she and her child are soon rescued and returned safely home by a polite, smiling agent. While it is obvious they are selling car insurance, more importantly, they are also providing security and peace of mind.
I recently had a hiking accident which put me off work for a week and has me working from home for awhile. While I cannot say that the transition has been made with complete ease, I will say that it could be a lot worse. I credit this to the fact that Red Sage has a back-up plan.
